TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PSTN: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month and includes one PSTN line rental.
  2. Minimum contract term of 24 months applies. Minimum Total Costs are calculated over 24 months. Unless stated otherwise all bills sent to nominated email address. Completion of Contract Term/Renewal: At the end of their contract term, the consumer has the option to go on a month-to-month agreement simply by notifying Prime Telecom in writing within the last month of the existing contract. If Prime Telecom has not received any such instructions in writing, it will automatically renew the contract for an additional term in line with their current contract under the same terms and conditions.
  3. All calls not listed as Standard Call types, such as calls to international numbers, premium numbers, directory assistance, are charged in addition to the Monthly Access Fee. Additional services such as caller ID, directory assistance etc are charged at standard rates which can be viewed at Other Charges. Charges to premium numbers are set by the number provider. International call rates are available upon request and may be subject to change without notice.
  4. Timed calls are billed in 30 second increments. For Data call rates, please contact Prime Telecom’s Customer Service Team.

  6. The Early Termination Fee otherwise known as the ETF is the plan fee X the remaining months of the contract.
